PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from US companies (subject to approval) and universities. Please include contact information so that we can set up an account for you. Purchase order terms are NET 30 DAYS. Piezo Systems reserves the right to refuse shipment on a purchase order if we cannot obtain the information necessary to open an account.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA

Payment terms for orders outside the USA are: by wire transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

WIRE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Please use our order form and contact our sales department for a Pro Forma Invoice and wire transfer information. Please inform us after the transfer has been made so we can prepare and process your order upon notification of our bank.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will ship on the next business day orders paid by credit card or approved purchase order. All other orders will be held until receipt of payment. We cannot start production on custom orders until we have received payment (overseas) or an approved purchase order (U.S. only).
The shipping charge shown when you place an online order is subject to change. We charge the actual shipping cost plus 10% fuel surcharge. The actual cost is usually slightly LOWER than what is shown on the checkout page. If the shipping charge is higher than the charge shown, by more than 10%, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

A one-year warranty against manufacturer defects is applicable where noted (electronic products only). Piezo Systems reserves the right to charge a diagnostics fee (and shipping reimbursement) if the unit is deemed to meet manufacturer specifications.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and their uses, we cannot accept returns on any ceramic items (with the exception of items damaged in shipping). Other returns are at the discretion of management and will be subject to a restocking fee. We accept no unauthorized returns. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about returns.

DUTIES & TAXES

Prices do not include any customs duties and all prices are exclusive of any import duties or foreign taxes on transactions. All duties, taxes and import surcharges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
